Questions, answered

Is HornetForms really free?

Yes. The Free plan is free forever, with unlimited forms and responses. Premium extras like custom domains and translations are coming in Pro and Business, and we'll announce prices well before anyone pays a cent.

Why is there a waitlist?

Sign-ups are invite-only while we polish things. Join the waitlist and we'll send you an invite as soon as we can.

Where is my data stored?

On our servers at Hetzner in Germany. Backups are encrypted and kept off-site.

Do you use cookies or track my respondents?

HornetForms' own form analytics are cookieless. Tracking pixels like GA4, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel (Pro) only run if a form owner adds them, and owners can choose to ask respondents for consent first. We also honour Global Privacy Control.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on Pro and Business (coming soon). Connect a custom domain and your forms live at an address like forms.yourcompany.com.

Does it work with my other tools?

Yes. Signed webhooks (free) send answers to pretty much anything that accepts them, and a REST API is coming with Business. We don't have one-click native integrations yet.

Can I translate my forms?

Yes, on Pro and Business (coming soon). Add up to 10 languages per form and translate with AI or a CSV file. A form written in a right-to-left language like Arabic or Hebrew works on every plan.

Can my team work with me?

Yes, on Pro and Business (coming soon), with unlimited team members and workspaces. Only the account that owns the plan pays; the people you invite never do.
